As standard, regular cleaning services involve the following:

You will need to provide your own cleaning products and accessories for your cleaner to use. This will vary depending on your requirements, but we recommend ensuring you have the following items as standard:

- Limescale remover

If an unforeseen problem leads to the cancellation of a confirmed booking, we will assign a new cleaner to your job as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that another cleaner is not available on that day, we will assign a cleaner of your choosing to another time and day that suits you.
